The Pauline E. Drake Scholars Program was designed to assist the nontraditional college student, which is defined as an individual who is at least 25 years old and graduated from high school at least five years ago. A student who previously has attended college, but did not complete her degree and is returning to college after time off. A student who graduated from high school, entered the work force, and is now attending college for the first time.
